Our Conflict Resolution Process ensures fair outcomes for both buyers and sellers. We mediate disputes and protect your interests through a transparent, step-by-step approach.

The buyer raises a dispute and provides a reason.
Step
The seller is notified and given 72 hours to resolve the issue with the buyer. If resolved, the buyer withdraws the dispute, and funds are released.

If unresolved, the dispute is escalated to Payguard’s team, which reviews the evidence and determines a fair outcome—either refunding the buyer or paying the seller.
